Seven steps to a successful communication concept.

1. Preliminary Talks and Briefing
You describe your needs at an initial informal briefing and we outline possible approaches, means and tools to address a problem solution.

2. Award of the Concept Development
We prepare a comprehensive fixed price analysis based on your specifications for a strategic communication concept within the confines of defined budget constraints and timeline.

3. Presentation and Meeting
During the communication concept presentation questions and details will be discussed in full. You will of course receive a copy of the concept.

4. Award to Implement the Communication Concept
After the award, we will commence with the implementation of the program. Our services will be invoiced according to time or a fixed project price. For more comprehensive projects within the scope of a communication strategy you will receive a timeline. A defined team of consultants, routine project meetings, Jour Fixes, and a job status plan, as well as your release of individual projects ensures a successful project.

5. Evaluation and Adjustment
We routinely coordinate measures with you for the continuous evaluation of the communication programs. If necessary we recommend strategy, campaign or measure adjustments.

6. Success Factors
We continuously track the communication program’s efficiency by means of feedback meetings, media clippings, or surveys. The feedback provides essential data for the continued development of the strategy and planning and as such is an excellent basis to integrate current information into the conceptual iterative cycle.

7. Continued Planning
In chronological annual plans the future strategy is defined on the basis on the campaign’s performance and ongoing results, as well as (re)assessment of the original initial assumptions. New campaigns, measures, cost schedules, and timelines will be developed accordingly.
