The easy to use Content Management System (HQ-CMS) for editing and support of websites has been enhanced and optimized. We have also included some new features that might come handy.
Besides many small improvements the user now can create his own online newsletter out of the management interface of the website. The distribution is made easy via the newly programmed forwarding tool. This tool allows addressing the receiver differently. No matter if formal or informal within only one recipient list. Address your recipient like he is used to. Additionally the recipients of the newsletter are enabled to opt in or out of the service. Not only is this a handy feature but relevant when it comes to legal terms. Headquarters Hamburg has hereby created a powerful and reliable tool for its clients as many comparable systems currently available show their weak spots exactly in this area of use.
An additional improvement has been achieved in the manageability of languages. Not only English and German are the dominant languages as the user languages. We are able to show the managing interface in any given language. Also the text editing interface was extended with options to introduce listings as well as spreadsheets. Optimizing the traceability for search engines as well as making the CMS more secure against outside intrusion was a further step to create an even more powerful tool for our clients. Last but not least the design was rethought to make the system easier to handle.
Especially for small and medium sized enterprises our CMS has been a good choice. More than 150 clients are now successfully using our system.
